The aim of this research was to review the part of microRNAs (miRNAs) in CVID, centering on medication management the participation of this exact same Subglacial microbiome miRNAs in various non-infectious medical complications of CVID, primarily autoimmunity and/or cancer. A bibliographic search associated with scientific literary works was done independently by two researchers in medical databases and search-engines. The MeSH terms “microRNAs” and “common adjustable immunodeficiency” were utilized. All analysis articles from inception to May 2020 were considered.miR-142 and miR-155 deregulation causes similar CVID phenotypesin KO mice models.
